Offer: Sunfeast Fantastik! x PayTM Cashback Offer

Get upto Rs.10 Cashback on purchase of  any Sunfeast Fantastik! Product namely 13 g  Choco Almond pack INR. 10 and 14.2 g Fruit n Nut pack at Rs. 10  having  QR Code and PayTM Cashback logo on it.  (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Promotional Product Pack”). 

Offer Period: 01st February, 2026 to 01st June, 2026

Part A - Detailed Terms and Conditions of the Offer

1. The Sunfeast Fantastik! x PayTM Cashback Offer ('Offer') is being jointly organized by ITC Limited (hereinafter referred to as “ITC”) and One97 Communications Limited (hereinafter “One 97/Paytm”) a company which owns and operates an online marketplace on the website located at the URL:‘www.paytm.com’ and Paytm mobile application (hereinafter “Paytm Platform”). One97 and ITC Limited, shall collectively be referred to as the “Organizers”.

2. Participation in this Offer is optional. The Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Product may also be available without this Offer.

3. The terms and conditions mentioned herein govern your participation in the Offer. By participating in the Offer, you (hereinafter referred to as “Participant/User/Customer”) shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions of the Offer and further agree to irrevocably be bound by these Terms & Conditions (including any variations to the same made by Paytm without prior notice).

4. To participate in this Offer and to earn the Cashback, the Participant needs to purchase a Promotional Product Pack with the Paytm Cashback logo on it and follow the below steps.

Steps to participate:

Step 1: Buy a Promotional Product Pack with the Paytm Cashback logo.

Step 2: Scan the QR Code printed on the Promotional Product Pack.

Step 3: Go to the promotional/Offer page on Paytm App through one of the options below.

● Option 1: Existing Paytm customers can scan the QR code using Paytm Scanner at the front of the pack. 

● Option 2: New Customers to Paytm need to use their phone camera app to scan the QR code which will lead them to App store or Play store. Download the Paytm App, register using the same mobile number as provided in your bank account. Participant need to link his/her bank account to activate the services to use Paytm App.

Step 4: Check the tick box option to voluntarily consent to share Customer details i.e., Name of Customer, Customer’s mobile number, Customer’s last known location (as captured by the Paytm App), with ITC for marketing and promotional purpose, only as per applicable data privacy laws in India, including but not limited to, Information Technology Act, 2000 and Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Such usage and disclosure shall be without any additional compensation, consideration or further notice to the Participants and shall be subject to applicable laws and respective privacy policies of Paytm. If the Customer authorises to share their information, only then Paytm will share the information with ITC Limited. If Customers are not comfortable in sharing their details, they may choose to opt out this promotion.

Step 5: Complete 1 valid/eligible transaction as shown on the next page. Choose any one transaction of min Re. 1 which you need to carry out immediately as per your need. 

Step 6: Upon successful completion of the transaction, You will receive a scratch card in the “Cashback and Rewards” section of Your Paytm App. Participant need to scratch the scratch card and redeem within 7 days of receiving the scratch card. 5. Offer is valid from 1st Feb ’26 to 1st Jun ’26 (both dates inclusive) or till stocks last or product expiry whichever is earlier.

5. Offer is valid from 01st February, 2026 till 01st June, 2026 (both dates inclusive) or till stocks last or product expiry whichever is earlier.

6. Offer can be accessed only on the latest version of the Paytm App.

7. The Offer is valid once per Customer per mobile number during the Offer Period.

8. The scratch card issued to the Participants from this Offer will expire after 7 days from the date of its issuance.

9. The Cashback earned by the Participant upon scratching the scratch card, will be credited in the Paytm UPI linked account of the Participant within 72 hours.

10. The minimum qualifying amount in a transaction is subject to applicable law, banking/payment system rules, merchant terms, and/or Paytm terms. Such condition would be informed while carrying out the transaction which may vary from product to product. 

11. Participant(s) can only use one set of Paytm credentials to qualify for this Offer. Any of these unique Paytm credentials must not have been used to register another Paytm account. 

12. Participant(s) shall be solely responsible for deciding if the product or service purchased is suitable for them, based on their individual circumstances and personal judgement.

13. This Offer does not constitute Paytm’s endorsement/ recommendation of      the products or services of ITC Limited.

14. Participant(s) understand and agree that Paytm shall not be responsible for any merchant services or products referenced in this Offer or the scratch card reward, or that they purchase or receive from a merchant or other third party. Any complaints/queries relating to the merchant’s product shall be directly taken up with the merchant as per the details on the Promotional Product Pack. 

15. In addition to these terms and conditions, the Participant shall at all times be bound by the terms and conditions as imposed by Paytm on usage of its app, microsites, purchase of services etc.

16. Paytm shall not be responsible for failure to provide the Cashback to the Participant(s) for any downtime on the services, caused due to technical or other factors attributable at the end of Paytm that may occur for reasons including but not limited to failure of hardware equipment, configuration issue, decisions, change in marketing plans and / or changes in regulations that are carried out by any judicial or quasi-judicial or regulatory body.

17. Participants agree that their participation in the Offer constitutes their understanding of and agreement to these offer terms and conditions. All applicable charges, taxes and expenses      to participate in this Offer such as purchase of product, internet charges for participation etc. shall be borne by the Participant.

18. This Offer cannot be clubbed/used in conjunction/alongside any prevailing Offer/ promotion(s) available on Paytm Platform. Further the Offer is non-transferable, non-encashable, non-refundable.

19. The Cashback received by the Participant under this Offer is non-transferrable, non-assignable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

20. The Offer is being made purely on a ""best effort"" basis and is valid during Offer Period only.

21. In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transactions, Paytm solely reserves the right to revoke the offer or cancel (mark ineligible) a transaction and corresponding Cashback.

22. Paytm reserves its absolute right to amend, modify, change, add, withdraw, alter any terms and conditions of the Offer or terminate this Offer without any prior notice. In case there is any discrepancy or dispute regarding the Offer, the decision of Paytm shall be final and binding. Neither Paytm nor any third party shall have any liability towards any Participant. 

23. Paytm reserves the right to disqualify any Participant or reject the QR code redemption, in the event of failure or breach or non-adherence to the T&C by the Participant. 

24. Paytm decision regarding the Offer, eligibility, redemption, and any other matter relating to the Offer shall be final and binding.

25. Any correspondence with regard to the Cashback/Redemption process and/or Paytm App shall be done directly with Paytm at the “Help and Support” section of the Paytm App. Further, Paytm shall not be responsible or liable for any defect and/or deficiency in      the Promotional Product Packs and/or Product(s) offered by ITC Limited.

26. Paytm does not endorse the quality of the Products and/or Promotional Product Packs being offered by ITC Limited, any complaints or queries pertaining to the Product and/or Promotional Product Packs offered by ITC Limited      would be taken up directly with ITC Limited.

27. At the end of the Offer Period, all obligations of Paytm or ITC Limited (as applicable) in regard to the Offer will terminate.

29. The Terms of Use of Platform and Privacy Policy available on Paytm Platform shall apply.

ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE:

a. Offer is open to all Indian citizens residing in India, above 18 years of age only. Employees, interns, contractors, and office-holders of One 97 Communications (Paytm) and ITC Limited or their immediate families, Paytm’s or ITC’s affiliates and subsidiaries, and any representatives or agencies of One 97 Communications (Paytm) and/or ITC or other persons professionally connected with the Offer, are not eligible to participate.

b. To participate in the Promo, the Participant needs to have a registered account on Paytm Platform) with a verified mobile number on Paytm.

Part B – Legal Terms & Conditions

1. By participating in this Offer, 

a) Participants hereby consent to Paytm to collect, share, use Participant’s details, information, data (including but not limited to Participant name, mobile number, address ) for Paytm’s marketing and promotional purpose. Participants hereby authorize Paytm to store their information/data in Paytm servers for a period of 3 years. 

b) The Participants hereby give their consent to Paytm to collect and share Participant’s details, information, data i.e. Participant’s Name, mobile number, Participant’s last known location (as available and collected through Paytm App) with ITC Limited for marketing and promotional purpose only as per applicable data privacy laws in India, including but not limited to, Information Technology, Act, 2000 and Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

c) Participant/s confirms and hereby waives the applicability of rules and regulations of the National Do Not Call Registry and agrees to receive updates and promotional messages / SMS / Email / Call for current and future contests offers from Paytm.   

2. All material and content contained in Paytm Platform is made available for Participant's personal and non-commercial use only. Any other use of the material/ content on Paytm Platform and/ or any information disseminated by SMS or any other means of communication are strictly prohibited. 

3. The Organizers or their agencies are not required to entertain/respond to/comply with any communication/request/claim requiring the Organizer to provide any proof to any Participant or any other party, with respect to details of other Participants, Cashback won by other Participants etc. Such information will be strictly confidential and shall not be shared with any Participant or any other third party, except as directed by a competent legal authority.

4. SUBJECT TO ANY APPLICABLE LAW (A)ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MEETING OF THE PARTICIPANT'S REQUIREMENTS OR ASPIRATIONS, TIMELINESS, SECURITY, THE RESULTS OR RELIABILITY OF THE CONTEST/OFFER, DELAY IN SENDING OR RECEIVING THE SMS OR ANY OTHER COMMUNICATION FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE OFFERS, DELAY IN TIME TAKEN FOR THE PROCESS, OR THE DELIVERY, QUALITY, QUANTITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR USE OR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT IN RESPECT OF ANY GOODS, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, BENEFITS OR CASHBACK/GRATIFICATION/AWARDS ACQUIRED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE OFFERS OR ANY TRANSACTIONS EFFECTED THROUGH THE OFFERS; (B) THE PARTICIPANT EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT PARTICIPATION IN THE OFFER IS AT HIS/HER SOLE RISK AND DISCRETION AND IS GOVERNED BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN; AND (C) NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION WHETHER BY REPRESENTATIONS, ORAL, WRITTEN OR PICTORIAL DERIVED FROM THE PAYTM PLATFORMS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WEBSITES/ SMS, SHALL BE CONSTRUED TO MEAN THE GIVING OF ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER. PAYTM DOES NOT MAKE ANY COMMITMENT OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED TO RESPOND TO ANY FEEDBACK, SUGGESTION AND/OR QUERIES OF THE PARTICIPANT(S).

5. The Cashback to the Participants shall be given subject to compliance with all applicable statutory legislations and laws, processes and formalities in connection with the Cashback and on production of all such documents/papers as may be required by Paytm. Any failure on the part of the Participant(s) to comply with directions issued by Paytm for claim of Cashback shall entitle Paytm to forfeit the Cashback/ or roll the Cashback over to the next eligible Participants(s), at their sole discretion. 

6. The Cashback under this Offer are neither assignable nor transferable under any circumstance, unless specifically provided hereunder. All the cashbacks shall be subject to such other T&C as may be applicable to specific cashback and shall have to be duly complied with by the Participant(s).

7. Participant(s) are subject to verification, including without limitation, verification of eligibility through checks as deemed appropriate by the Paytm to ensure complete compliance with the Offer’s terms and conditions. Paytm reserves the right to verify the Participant’s details either on their own or through its authorized agency / person and the Participant shall provide all necessary assistance in such verification. In exercising this right, Paytm may ask the Participant to provide any documentary or other form of evidence regarding the information submitted by Participant at the time of registration, and if such evidences fail to substantiate the information provided by the Participant to Paytm, then Paytm in its sole discretion, shall have the right to disqualify the Participant without any liability.

8. The Participant’s hereby agree and undertake not to hold the Sponsors/Organizer and/or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses, either direct or indirect or remote that they may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claim to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and /or on account of this Offer. 

9. Any Participant providing any incorrect information or concealing/withholding any information from Paytm with intent to participate and/or be chosen as the Participant(s) of the Offer will automatically be disqualified from participating in it and being chosen as the Participant(s) of the different categories of cashback. Such act of providing incorrect information or concealing/withholding any information, including without limitation incorrect declaration of information relating to name, age, identity, address, mobile connection of Operator number, domicile etc., by the Participant or any dispute with the Paytm, shall entitle Paytm to disqualify him/her without any further intimation. Paytm reserves its right to take appropriate legal action against any Participant involved in illegal/unauthorized activity.

10. Paytm’s Platform and the provision of the Offer is available on an ‘as is where is available’ basis and Paytm makes no representation, guarantee or warranty regarding the availability, fitness for any specified purpose or error free operation of the Paytm Platform. Paytm Platforms availability may be affected due to various reasons including force majeure, acts of God, change in guidelines of Govt agencies / authorities, regulatory directions/instructions/ruling, inclement weather, topographical/ geographic/ demographic factors, maintenance work, availability of interconnection with other networks, network issues etc.

11. Paytm reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Offer or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria, the T&C and cashback at their sole discretion at any time during its validity as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the Participant. Paytm reserves all the rights to offer any amount/coupon/voucher/any other cashback equivalent to the cost of the cashback. No queries/complaints whatsoever in this regard will be entertained.

12. The Participants shall indemnify and keep indemnified Paytm  & Max B and their respective officers, directors, employees, customers, and affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, suits, proceedings, action, liabilities, damages, expenses and costs (including attorney’s fees and court costs) which Paytm may incur, pay or become responsible as sponsor/organizer/facilitator as a result of (i) breach or alleged breach of the representations or obligations by the Participants under the T&C hereunder; (ii) any failure by the Participants to comply with applicable law and (iii) any third party claim in respect of misuse of any information of a third party by the Participant. Paytm shall have the right to defend themselves, pursuant to this clause, at the cost of the Participants. Paytm or their respective affiliates shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of profits, incurred by the Participant(s) or any third party, in connection with the Offer.

13. Paytm and/or      ITC Limited or its respective affiliates or associates or agents shall not be responsible or liable to Participant/Participant(s) or any third party , for any direct and or indirect losses, damages or claims of whatsoever nature including (1) incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, loss of profits, technical errors or failures, mobile connectivity, delay in sending or receiving the SMS or any other communication to the Participants, or any action that has been initiated, actioned or completed through Participants mobile phones, failure of servers or the failure to provide the updates or any failures arising out of technical snags or resultant inability of the Participant(s) to view or observe the Offers or T&C, or (2) any personal loss or injury that may be suffered (including loss of life) by a Participant(s) and/or any third party, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of the Offer or Cashback or Paytm Platform or Product purchased or booked through Paytm Platform.  

14. Apart from the Offer and Cashback, the Participants or their legal heirs/ successors/ representatives shall have no other rights or claims against the Company, its owners and affiliates. 

15. All incidental costs, taxes or levies related to the cashback(s), if any, shall be exclusively borne by the Customer in reference to this offer only, including but not limited to TDS, gift tax (if any), Insurance and any other taxes applicable by the Central, State or Municipal government. 

16. This Offer is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, and act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God, change of laws or technical errors or failure, computer viruses, tampering, un authorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, epidemic, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, change in guidelines of government agencies/authorities, regulatory directions/instructions/ruling, inclement weather, topographical/ geographic/ demographic factors, maintenance work, availability of interconnection with other networks, network issues  or any circumstance beyond the control of Paytm (“Force Majeure Event”). Paytm shall not be liable for any delay or adverse effect or failure or breach or damages or act or omission caused to this Offers or Participant(s) as a result of a Force Majeure Event.

17. Paytm and/or      ITC Limited shall not be responsible for system outages, delays, equipment malfunctions, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable connections or other technical difficulties or any other force majeure event that may prevent a Participant from participating in the Offer.

18. Failure by Paytm to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Paytm may assign any of its rights hereunder to any party without prior intimation to Participant(s). Participant(s) shall not assign any of its rights or obligations hereunder to any other party. 

19. If any terms and conditions of the Offer are found to be invalid or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable from these terms and conditions and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

20. The decision of Paytm on all aspects including with regard to administering the campaign/offer shall be final and binding on the Participant.

21. Paytm reserves the right to forfeit the cashback or to disqualify or to declare any Participant ineligible, in the event of failure or breach or non-adherence to the T&C by the Participant. 

22. These T&C of the Offer are the extension of the Paytm policies/terms and conditions, mentioned on the Paytm Platform. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency regarding any instructions, rules and conditions on any advertising or promotional material relating to the Offer, these T&C shall prevail over all such other instructions, rules and conditions or any other document or agreement. 

23. This Offer and T&C are subject to Indian laws and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at New Delhi.
